Complete the intake form on our website. You are immediately added to our secure CRM and a welcome email is sent right away.
2. Access Your Secure Portal
You receive an invitation to create your secure client portal login — your hub for all communication and documents.
3. Submit Your Documents
Inside your portal, complete all required forms and securely upload your tax documents.
4. Review & Due Diligence
We review your submission. If anything is needed, we reach out. Once complete, you schedule your due diligence meeting.
5. Preparation & Verification
Your return is prepared and you are invited to review and digitally sign before anything is filed.
6. E-File & Secure Storage
We securely e-file on your behalf. Your completed return is uploaded to your portal for permanent access.
